Coco Peat
Manufacturing Process
Coir pith, frequently referred to as coco peat, is an organic derivative obtained during the processing of coconut shells. Composed of the fibrous elements found within the husk, it is a popular choice for farming and horticulture because of its superior moisture absorption, airflow promotion, and ability to store essential nutrients.

Experience
1
We procure our raw ingredients directly from the long-standing coconut growers in our immediate region. Every batch undergoes a rigorous quality assessment, ensuring that only premium-grade materials are admitted into our storage facilities.
Husks are hydrated in water to loosen the natural fibers before being processed through specialized defibering machinery. This stage separates the long coir fibers from the internal material, known as coir pith or dust, which serves as the foundation for our coco peat.

Through a dedicated conveyor system, the raw coconut peat is carefully isolated from the husk fragments and fibers. As a leading manufacturer, we focus on transforming these raw materials into sustainable solutions for global agriculture and horticulture.
The newly extracted pith is passed through a mechanical screener. Our seasoned technicians inspect the output at this stage to guarantee that only the cleanest, most consistent material advances to the next phase of manufacturing.

To achieve precise EC and pH levels, the pith undergoes a comprehensive washing cycle. Utilizing a specialized sprinkling system, this controlled process spans several weeks to ensure the chemical balance is optimal for plant growth.

Stability is key to a reliable substrate. We age our raw pith for a period of three to six months, allowing the material’s physical and chemical properties to stabilize before final processing.
7
After being sun-dried in our expansive yards, the material is fed into high-precision compression units. To maximize logistical efficiency for our clients, the peat and coco chips are compressed into various formats, including 650g briquettes, 5kg blocks, or specialized grow slabs.
Every compressed unit undergoes a thorough final inspection. Our quality assurance team meticulously verifies that all products are entirely free from impurities, such as sand, stones, weeds, or pathogens, ensuring a sterile and premium medium.

The finished blocks are sealed in UV-protected bags and organized onto sanitized wooden pallets to maintain peak hygiene. These are then loaded into 40-foot high-cube containers or dry vans, prepared for secure international transit.
Once secured, the containers are dispatched directly from our manufacturing site. We manage the journey via road and sea to ensure our products reach our customers’ doorsteps safely and on schedule.
